Business Description:
A 30+ year old Residential Tile and Grout Restoration and Install Business (started part-time in 1981) catering to Residential and Income Property Owners, little competition, very low overhead.
This small sized restoration business is mainly geared towards bathroom and kitchen restoration of cleaning and/or replacing tile and grout. We however are not limited to the tiling; some customers require a tub replacement or a stand in shower. In the past we have done our own tub and shower replacements but this could be a sublet if the new owner does not feel qualified. I have a licensed plumber that you can work with partime.
In addition to tile restoration, replacement and complete installation we have made arrange- ments with the manufactures of Moen and Delta Faucets to do warranty work for our customers.
We take great pride in the ceramic tile installations we have done over the years as past customers refer us to their friends and relatives. We have a "One-Call-Does-All" approach to servicing our customers.
We offer a 20 Warranty on complete installations, with a stipulated service contact.
Referrals come from past customers, their relatives and from Real Estate Agents who prior to listing their client's homes ask us to make necessary repairs and spruce up these areas of the home.

As this business is geared towards those simple one or two men projects, a few times each year larger assignments come along that are hard to turn down.
To keep overhead down, avoiding purchasing additional equipment, we subcontract some of the plumbing electrical and drywall, painting, wall-paper decorating and finished wooden millwork. An introduction to these subcontractors will be included:

- full experienced wood miller cabinetmaker shop (reasonable with 2 day turn around)
